Using Premium after purchase

"I bought Premium but I'm not sure how to start using the extra features. Do I need a code or do they activate automatically?"

1. No activation code is required

After you complete your payment:

• There is no separate "Premium code" to enter.
• You do not need to type any coupon or key to unlock Premium.
• Your account becomes Premium automatically, based on the email or login method you used during purchase.

Referral codes (if any) are only used during checkout — after purchase you don't need to use a code anywhere inside Cathoven.

2. How to start using Premium after purchase

1. Go to ielts.cathoven.com and log in.
2. Make sure you log in with the same email / login method you used when purchasing.
3. Open your IELTS dashboard.

You should now see that your account is on a Premium plan, with access to: unlimited Writing and Speaking reports, full mock tests, handwritten essay checks, full score history, and personalised study plan.

3. I bought Premium but I still see the Free plan

If you already paid but the dashboard still shows the free plan:

• Log out of Cathoven.
• Close your browser tab.
• Open Cathoven again and log in with the same email / Google account you used to purchase.
• Wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard.

The payment provider sometimes takes a short time to confirm payment. If the issue persists after 15 minutes, reply to this ticket with your account email and we'll check it right away.

4. How to check your current plan

Click your profile picture (top-right) → My Plan. This shows your current plan and (for subscriptions) the next billing date.
